It’s hard for me to be charmed by every makeup line I come across, but there is one summer makeup collection I’m currently obsessed with, and that is By Terry’s Hippy Chic Collection. I love how the colors in the collection remind me of summer. But the one thing I like the most is that it gives you an all-in-one palette. Sun Designer Palettes
There are two face palettes in this set: Hippy Chic, which has coral and peachy tones, and Happy Sun, a bronzer-focused palette.
The Hippy Chic palette is the one I’ve been using every day. Although it contains a mix of pink, coral, and peachy colors, I’ve been able to use it as a blush, highlighter, bronzer, and eyeshadow! The mix of matte and satin finishes are perfect for applying the colors individually or together.
I start by applying the colors directly onto my eyelids. The light pink pearly tone helps brighten up the inner portion of my eyes while the pink mauve tone is a gorgeous all-over the lid or crease color. Next, I’ll swirl my kabuki brush into the three colors to add color to my cheeks. For bronzer, I concentrate my makeup brush into the tan color and use it to contour. I love how it warms up my skin and enhances my tan.
Twist-On Lip Dual Lipsticks
These buttery smooth lipsticks are so innovative and easy to use that I think everyone needs to try them. Summer lips aren’t about a flat, matte effect. And these lip products give us a new way to wear lipstick. It contains two colors in one product, which will give you a fun, gradient effect. The mix of light and dark will make your lips appear fuller and plump – gotta love that glossy, pouty look.
You can apply the lip colors individually or together, and they go on sheer but can be intensified. The range of colors are great for everyday wear but there are some brighter options.
