Last week I partnered up with Priceline to give one lucky winner the chance to win their own #roomwithaview.

3:00pm
On our way to the hotel we decided to stop by the super popular Wynwood Walls located in Wynwood, a neighborhood in Miami that is often referred to as “Little San Juan.” The walls were gorgeous, oversized creations by some incredibly talented street artists. It used to consist of a bunch of windowless warehouses until the late Tony Goldman transformed it back in 2009. Definitely worth checking out.

We arrived at the Fontainebleau Resort on Thursday. This hotel is a landmark in Miami Beach, it’s been featured in movies like Scarface and The Bodyguard, it was so cool to see it in person. Not long ago, it underwent a massive renovation and it really looks fantastic. When you walk into the main Chateau Lobby, you’re greeted by the famous trio of chandeliers. A Chinese designer, Ai Wei Wei designed them and each chandelier is worth $1 million!! Pretty impressive.

5:00pm
The staff got us all checked in and we then headed straight to the Lapis Spa for an absolutely fantastic Swedish massage. The masseuse was top notch and the entire spa was gorgeous. It’s quite large but extremely chic and modern. Thanks to the Fontainebleau for the experience.

We had a fantastic dinner at Michael Mina 74 thanks to the Fontainebleau. We talked for awhile with the Chef de Cuisine, Thomas who was incredibly friendly and brought out the most delicious plates we could have ask for …. here’s a pic of what I wore and the amazing dessert! The whole experience was amazing!

Our day consisted of hanging out poolside at the Fontainebleau Resort, going to the beach, and then basically repeating this process over and over until the sun went down. The staff was so incredibly nice. They made us feel at home.We were worried about stormy weather, but we got incredibly lucky with some unbelievable Miami weather. I could definitely get used to that lifestyle!

8:00 pm
Again, we headed out for a great dinner, this time to the Lido Restaurant at The Standard Hotel. This was an awesome location tucked back against the bay with some great good and fantastic cocktails. The cool ocean breeze while we ate was absolutely perfect. You can see above what I wore which was just light enough for a warm Miami night.

10:00 am
We started our day on the beach again in front of the Fontainebleau Resort, We had amazing weather in the morning that suddenly turned to pouring rain, and then 10 minutes later right back to sunshine. We heard this is very common in Miami. That’s actually how the weather is in Panama too! :)

The rain stopped pretty much for good and we decided to walk over to the Thompson Hotel to grab lunch at Seagrape. The food was amazing! My husband and I both had the Housemade Gemelli. I really liked this place, the decor had a retro vibe which was perfect for my #ihavethisthingwithfloors pic!

To finish off the night, we went to dinner at the renowned Miami Edition, and had dinner at Matador Room. The food and atmosphere was absolutely jaw dropping. You really need to see it to believe it—they did a phenomenal job. As an added bonus, there’s a bowling alley and an ice skating rink in the hotel basement! Thanks to OpenTable for inviting us to this fantastic meal.
