I’m looking back on my photos from Paris and missing that city already! This was one of the outfits I wore while there, and I felt confident in this combo. Black faux leather leggings, over-the-knee boots, and a big but structured military jacket. It was perfect for heading to different presentations and strolling through the city. The military trend has definitely evolved in the last few years, and I’m really into all the military-inspired jackets right now. From camo to trench coats, the military trend is everywhere. I really like to mix the utilitarian feel of this trend like I’m wearing here with something a bit more sultry or feminine – like knee-highs. I feel like it’s a good fashion juxtaposition, right? The leggings are also amazing because they are form-fitting, so they balance the boxy jacket.
I’ve got my eyes on a few more military pieces that I’m going to pick up, so I thought I’d share some of my favorites below. I’m seeing camo, olive, and lots of black and blue options that are fun and can go with all classics in a closet. Hope you like this trend as much as I do!
