We might be in the middle of winter, but I’m already dreaming of spring and warmer weather. I’m usually so over the cold once the holidays are over, which makes getting dressed rough! One of the pieces that helps me get through a tough winter is a colorful coat. It’s the perfect finishing touch to an outfit. So I thought I’d share my favorite statement coats right now. Treat yourselves to one of the amazing styles below!

Tweed or Herringbone Coat
A wool-blend tweed coat always looks great no matter what you layer underneath. You guys know how caught up I get in that “classic look”. I love how tweed and herringbone add polish to my outfits.
Blue Coat
Shades of blue is going to be a big hit this spring and it really adds a breath of fresh air to any ensemble. You can get away with deeper, richer hues or pastel tones right now.
Green Coat
Green is one of those colors that’s great for wearing when you still want a “neutral” look. Deeper, muted greens come off earthier and pair well with beige and nudes. Meanwhile, emerald tones are catchy and can make you look so luxe, especially in plush fabrics.
Red
Anything in the range of red always bodes well for winter. Since I tend to wear a lot of blacks during winter, I love using deeper maroon tones to add that cool, edgy touch.
Pink
If you want a color that will brighten up your outfit and complexion, pink is the coat color you need. The trick to styling a pink coat is to treat it like a neutral. You can’t go wrong with a jeans and sweater look.
