Sweaters are one of my favorite pieces to wear in the fall. However, because it isn’t always weather appropriate in LA, I don’t get to pull them out of often as I would like, unless I’m traveling to NYC or somewhere cold. I don’t think anything looks cozier than a chunky knit, so I wanted to share a quick guide to the best fall sweaters. With a collection of chic sweaters, your wardrobe won’t go stale this winter.

Cozy Cardigan
A cardigan is a must-have for me, and it’s so exciting to see that they’re coming back in a big way. Whenever I need a light layer, a longer length cardigan is the perfect topper.
Neutral Turtleneck
A neutral colored turtleneck is a foundational piece in my wardrobe. Whenever I’m looking for something classic to pair with wide leg pants or a pair of jeans, a beige or black turtleneck pulls my look together. All I need are a coat and pair of heels to look chic and comfortable.
Oversized Sweater
Another favorite sweater of mine is the oversized style. It always look so effortless whether you’re pairing it with a mini skirt or leather leggings. I love that cozy blanket feeling.
Chunky Sweater
The chunky knit is one of my favorite pieces to create interesting proportions. It always offsets skinny jeans or leggings and looks effortlessly cool. A neutral color makes this piece so versatile.
Sleeve & Shoulder Interest
For a trendier sweater style, it’s all about the details. I’m always looking for voluminous sleeves, lace or bow details, and fun necklines. An off the shoulder sweater looks subtle and sexy while a cut out along the shoulder gives you that fresh, unexpected detail.
Printed Sweater
I mostly stick to neutral toned sweaters that I can get the most wear from, but lately, I find myself gravitating towards fairisle styles. The heritage touch is def a fresh piece to add to your wardrobe this season.
