As you might remember from my instagram a few weeks ago, I got to experience the enchanting Amangiri Resort with the Tom Ford beauty team as mentioned here. Ever since I heard about this place a few years back, I have been wanting to stay here. So when Tom Ford invited me to join them on this trip to learn more about their new fragrance, Ombre Leather, I jumped at the opportunity. The last few weeks have been hectic but I’m so excited to be finally sharing my Amangiri hotel recap with my favorite photos! To make this recap as simple and straight forward as possible, I’m going to share the 5 things I enjoyed most about my stay.

1. Great for disconnecting
Amangiri lives up to the rave and has got to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. For reference, it’s about a 4-hour drive away from Las Vegas and is nestled between Arizona and Utah offering you panoramic and scenic desert views that are as stunning as they are therapeutic. It’s a real-life oasis that truly makes you disconnect from the world. For that reason, it’s great for honeymoons or relaxing getaways that don’t involve the world or the internet.
2. World-Class Service
Everything about this hotel was extravagant and top notch but the eager and proactive staff was one remarkable feature. From the minute I entered the hotel, I noticed how everyone was so kind and helpful. There was never a moment I felt lost or alone – and no matter what time it was, someone was always around and ready to help.
3. Pancakes are a Must
Overall, I was very impressed with the food – everything was delicious and fresh. But the one advice I remember receiving again and again was to eat the pancakes, so I ate them. At first, I was a little confused thinking what can be so spectacular and special about pancakes? However, I was completely mind blown. It’s an obligatory order if you ever stay at Amangiri. The hotel is also very good about accommodating dietary restrictions so that’s a huge bonus.
4. 5-Star Amenities
My favorite part of the hotel goes to the 5-star amenities. The heated pool was exactly what I needed after a super busy week of events in LA. I spent a lot of time laying out here. The desert view from my room was also incredible; I spent most of my mornings on my balcony and looking out. It was perfect for getting surreal sunset and sunrise views – probably some of the best I have ever seen. And to top it all off, I really enjoyed the fitness amenities. Most people neglect fitness during travel, but it’s a priority for me. The yoga classes were amazing and the 24/7 fitness center was so convenient for my busy schedule.
5. So many beautiful surroundings to explore
There’s a lot to do and see around Amangiri especially if you like being outdoors in nature. For example, there’s Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend Overlook, and many other trails that you can book through Amangiri. The surrounding area showcases a completely different side of the states and I must admit that sitting among the layers of rocks and mountains has been one of my best experiences this year.
While Amangiri will set you back a few thousands of dollars for a brief stay, my experience was unique and magical enough to say that it is positively worth it. I hope you guys enjoyed this recap and these photos!
