One of the perks of having a fashion blog, is that it forces me to dig deep into my closet to find pieces that are interesting enough to share with all of you. Let’s get real here… I’m not shopping 24/7 so I have to get creative and if needed, I sometimes buy accessories that complement a look. In other words: I have to work with what I have!
When I was cleaning my closet the other day I found this dress by Marciano and it made me realize that I could totally wear it as a skirt. The fluted hem is currently in tune with today’s fashion trends so what better way to spice things up a little bit than turning this piece into a skirt!? To me, fashion is all about that, it’s about finding creative ways to show your style without breaking the bank and reinventing outfits with pieces that you already own. I challenge you to find a dress in your closet that can be worn as a skirt. I’m sure you’ll find at least one dress. Let me know how it goes!
