The denim on denim trend is one of those looks that can be worn year round whether it’s cold or hot outside, mainly because denim never goes out of style. (I’m a good judge of this because I’ve found ways to style denim in Panama in sweltering heat and also in Boston in ridiculous cold!) I personally like to mix and match different shades of blue when wearing this style, but there are tons of different variations you can that also work.

I wore this outfit yesterday before heading out to brunch on Sunday for my husband’s birthday. We went to one of our favorite spots that is kind of like a hidden gem, called 87 Chestnut. It’s definitely a place worth checking out if you are in the area. During the weekends, I really like to give my feet a break so these boots have slowly become into my “weekend booties”. I think a bootie like this is a must in everyone’s closet. Besides being extremely comfortable, you can wear it with dresses, thighs, jeans, skirt, you name it!
