Change can be fun and refreshing, and sometimes it can be difficult. I would say this was truly the case for me this past weekend. The positive: I’m in a beautiful new apartment in downtown Boston. The negative was that I moved over the holiday weekend. It involved lots of packing, sweating, climbing up and down stairs all while hordes of people swarmed the Boston streets and caused roads to be closed down. Clearly not a lot of time to be fashionable.
Fortunately, my husband and I did find some free time to see the fireworks over the Charles River. Lots of fun, I highly recommend it. I wore this outfit the day after. It was comfortable and stylish, a great combination to help me get over my post-move hangover. The skirt may look a little festive, but I assure you in person it’s subtle yet eye-catching. I don’t always go for this type of look, but I’m glad I decided to add a little color to my almost everyday neutral wear. What do you think? xo, Pam.
