Although I most enjoy wearing dark and neutral colors on a daily basis, I do like to wear colorful pieces from time to time, like this beautiful blouse I wore on a recent post. This dress was a no-brainer when I saw it online; the color looked beautiful on the French Connection website, but it is even more striking in person. The rich coral pops against the black leather jacket and I did this on purpose because I wanted the dress to be the focal point of this outfit. Finally, I often find myself matching a delicate piece like this dress with a “tougher” accent like this leather jacket. It makes the outfit a little bit more interesting and unexpected. Do you agree with me?
