I used to think that shorts were only appropriate for the beach, but you can always find dressier options to smarten up a look like this lace-up front pair. It has a fun unique utilitarian feel.

The key to dressing up your shorts this summer is adding the heels. Now, you have to be extremely careful and consider a few things: First, try to choose a neutral and simple pair of sandals or pumps. In this case, I’m wearing some really short shorts so I want to make sure I look classy. Remember, less is more! Ankle strap sandals are a universal flattering pair of shoes and you should definitely consider adding one pair to your closet.

Second: Pay attention to the details and accessories: Pair the shorts with a lady-like bag like this one I’m wearing from FENDI. (I’m into colorful bags lately; a red one is definitely a must. It can add a beautiful touch of femininity to any look.)

Third: Wear a silky top or button up shirt like this floral one I have on. These options will automatically make your look more put together and dressier.

Siempre pensé que los shorts sólo eran apropiados para la playa, pero la verdad es que siempre se pueden encontrar opciones un poquito más elegantes para crear un look más de salir como estos shorts con amarrado al frente. Tiene un feel militar-utilitario muy chic.

La clave para vestir y verse un poquito más elegante con shorts es ponerse tacones, pero hay considerar algunas cosas; Primero, trata de elegir un par de tacones neutrales y simples. En este caso, estoy usando unos shorts muy cortos, así es que quiero asegurarme de que me vea classy. Recuerda, menos es más! Unas sandalias de correa en el tobillo son un par de sandalias que le quedan bien a mucha gente y son muy prácticas porque caen con todo.

Segundo punto: hay que prestarle atención a los detalles y accesorios: Unos shorts con una bolsa lady-like como esta que estoy usando de la nueva colección de FENDI (Que también se puede usar cross body y la puedes encontrar ya Soho Mall Panamá) puede agregar un toque de feminidad a cualquier look. Estoy obsesionada con las carteras de colores últimamente; una roja como esta es un must!

Tercer punto: usa un top de seda de mangas o una camisa de botones como esta floral. Estas opciones van a darle un toque más vestidor y elegante al look de manera automática.
