So I’ve been waiting on these boyfriend jeans for almost a month! I ordered them before I moved to my new apartment and they were never able to find the package and reroute it to my new address. Then to make it even more interesting, I tried to get a new pair sent out, but they had run out of my size. It wasn’t until last week that I was finally able to snag a pair!!

I don’t usually wear boyfriend jeans, but every now and then I like to give my skinny jeans a little break. If you’re short like me, the key to master a look with boyfriend jeans is to wear them with an ankle strap heeled sandal or some pointed-toe pumps. I find that these styles of shoes look best with some slouchy jeans. They create a nice balance by letting the pants stand out. You already have a lot going on with the ripped design so it’s better to go with a simpler shoe.

As for the top, I think it depends on your body shape. For me, I always try to wear things that make my torso look longer. This top is perfect for that because it’s long and it hits below the hip. The exposed front zip is a very cool detail too. What do you think?
