I can’t believe it’s already Friday again guys, which means there’s only 3 more days till New Year’s Eve! Whether or not your plans are finalized, you should have a festive outfit picked out! I always feel like styling a holiday party outfit can be so stressful; I’m certainly guilty of over analyzing my attire mostly because these parties only happen once or twice a year. There’s no better way to ring in the new year than with a sequin dress or jumpsuit. Since it’s one of the only times of the year you can get away with such shine, I like to take advantage of it.
Leather Skirt & Metallic Top
If you’re laying low for New Year’s Eve and want to dress it down, then a leather skirt with a metallic blouse is your best bet. I love a high-waisted skirt because it adds shape and creates definition within an outfit.
Power Suit
If you’re retiring from sequins, I love the idea of wearing a pantsuit in a rich color; however, black is also statement making. It’s not only a nice change from all the body-con sequin dresses but also more comfortable. Each time I wear a suit, I feel confident and ready to conquer the evening.
