Any eyebrow obsessed girl knows that good makeup is all about full, natural brows that frame the face. I’ve yet to find a drugstore one I absolutely love, but L’Oréal had me at first swipe with this one. It tints my brows, combs them into place, and thickens them naturally. Since it’s such a game changer, I’m definitely putting a few into stockings this year.
