The looks were very natural with a dewy finish. They mostly used concealer and brow products to accentuate the looks.
At the Herve Leger show!
Backstage at the Monique Lhullier show with MAC again. Val Garland was the lead makeup artist. The looks were all about a deep black eyeliner with a greasy lid and a pink lip. I loved this look!
Outside of the Lincoln Center at the Moncler Show.
Happy Friday everyone! It feels amazing to be home finally after a long week and a half of being away in NYC for fashion week. I hope you guys are enjoying the daily recaps (while I gather some energy) to go to Paris in a week.
Day 3 of NYFW was probably one of the busiest ones. I had a really early call time to cover backstage at the Lacoste Show with MAC Cosmetics. I decided to wear this Rag and Bone red sweater dress from Intermix in Boston. One of my favorite stores! If you ever need help with styling reach out to Erica! She is awesome. I finished the look with this faux-leather vest and some wide-leg pants. This is definitely the edgiest outfit I’ve ever worn so far, but I’m glad I decided to try something different during fashion week.
Next I headed to the Herve Leger show, wearing a jacket by BCBG. I loved the contrast with the rest of the look. This show is always one of my favorite ones and they did not disappoint.
After Herve Leger, I went back to the hotel to take a break to prepare for Monique Lhullier with MAC cosmetics again. The makeup was so beautiful and natural. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go to the show because I had to run to the Moncler show. At the Moncler we were surprised by an outdoor show at the Lincoln Center Plaza…yes outdoors on one of the coldest days of the year! Needless to say I was only able to stand outside for about 10 minutes before I legitimately couldn’t feel my fingers. It was actually really scary! Thankfully, my fingers went back to normal shorty after, but I (obviously) ended up missing the entire show. I have a lot more to show you from Fashion Week in NYC. Come back on Monday for more!
