A trench coat is not the best piece of clothing to wear when the temperatures are in the negatives, I know, but since I’ve been wearing mostly dark colored jackets I decided that I wanted to brighten up this look with this oldie but goodie. I styled the outfit with this oversized sweater (similar and more affordable version here) to keep things more weather appropriate and add play a little with the proportions. To help balance the look and I wore these flared denim. I’m not a huge fan of flared denim, but I only buy them if they are super skinny on the legs and tight on the knees, just like this one.
