1. Go for off-white pieces

Bright whites will always be popular around spring and summer. However, if you want to try a new approach on plain white, try a warmer tone in natural fabrics like linen, cotton, and silk. You’ll be able to find plenty of trendy items in this color like the trench coat and belted trousers. I’m obsessed with these pants I got from Storets. The high-waisted fit and belt combined with the color create an illusion of height and a waistline. One of the reasons I love mixing milky whites with sandy tones is because it looks utility chic but still crisp and presentable.

2. Try something military green

Expect to see more military greens as we approach summer, but there’s nothing wrong with getting an early start on this color trend. Wear it like a neutral hue and let it tone down your dressy looks or use it to spice up your athleisure outfits. Since Spring literally just started, I incorporated the smallest hint of military green with this bucket bag from WhoWhatWear. I love that enhances my beige outfit without standing out too much.

3. Add a bright accessory

I decided not to add any bright accessories to my outfit this time, but with spring’s top trending colors covering a large spectrum, I encourage you to try it. Yellow earrings, dove gray shoes, or a peach-colored bag would have all been fun accents to my outfit. Even something ultra violet or red if I wanted to go in a different direction. Even though I kept it neutral, I can’t agree more that brightening up your look with color is the best way get in the mood for spring.
