Though I have a balance of masculine and feminine in my closet, I’m definitely someone who appreciates a dress year-round. I know part of that is because of the LA weather, but even when I lived in Boston, I’d find ways to make dresses work for fall and winter. Fall is actually one of my favorite seasons to wear dresses because I love mixing them with boots and coats. I think it calls for a very chic look, don’t you?
If you’re like me and enjoy dresses throughout the seasons, this post is for you! I’ve curated 10 dresses that work now while the temps are still hot and later once it truly cools off.
For now, you can pair these dresses with strappy sandals or slides, and accessories that keep things feeling light. Once the weather changes, I love the thought of each of these dresses with closed-toed mules, booties, or even mid-calf boots for that 70’s look that’s huge this year. Most of these dresses also work well with a leather jacket, cropped bomber, or something shearling (another big trend this fall and winter).
Click through and let me know what your favorite pick is! I tried to grab some from all budget ranges and from dressy to casual.
