I’ve gotten into the habit of always bringing my camera when out and about around Boston. Like many things in life, I’ve found I style some of the best outfits and take some of the best pictures spontaneously. Lucky enough, I had my camera and my fill-in photographer (my husband!) with me while out in the South End last weekend. It’s a lovely area of Boston with some gorgeous brownstones apartments and fantastic local restaurants.
I really like this skirt, it’s one of those pieces that constantly survives my closet cleaning because I can always find ways to restyle it. The outfit itself was put together quite fast, but I enjoy how it turned out and I hope it inspires you to embrace your spontaneity. Cada vez que salgo a pasear por Boston me aseguro de traer mi cámara. Hay tantos lugares y calles bonitas que siempre se da la oportunidad de tomar unas fotos. Como muchas cosas en la vida, me he dado cuenta que los mejores looks y las mejores fotos salen de manera espontánea. Ese día, por suerte, tenía mi cámara y a mi fotógrafo suplente (!mi esposo!). Las fotos las tomamos en el South End; si alguna vez vienen a Boston, les recomiendo comer y pasear por esta área.
Esta falda es una de mis favoritas. La compré hace tiempo pero es una de esas piezas que siempre sobrevive mis limpiezas de closet. Como es una falda muy clásica, siempre encuentro nuevas formas de combinarla. El look en sí lo armé bastante rápido, pero me gusta como quedó.
